General Policies
Our main priority during this time is to make sure our guests and employees are as safe as possible. Although we cannot guarantee 100% safety, we are following CDC and industry standards, concerning COVID-19, to make sure the Inn is sanitized throughout the day and all human interactions are safe.

Cancelation Policies:

Reservations made online, via our website, a third-party website, or through a staff member will be charged the first night rate as a deposit. There is no fee charged if you cancel within 24 hours of booking your reservation. There is a one-night cancellation fee for reservations canceled 14 days or more before your arrival date. Reservations canceled within 14 days are fully payable and non-refundable.

If we can accommodate, instead of canceling the reservation, we are willing to move the reservation to another date, though rates are subject to change. 

Once the start date of the reservation has come, changes cannot be made to a reservation, except to add days if available, and guests are fully responsible for the cost of all reserved nights.

During high season, weekends, holidays, and special seasonal festivals your stay will be charged a deposit of 50% during these dates and the balance will be due 60 days before arrival. To keep the balance due, a 60-day or more notice of cancellation is required during these events.

*Charges may be made without the guest being present and the guest agrees to honor the payment at all times.

General Policies:

Check-in - 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. After booking your reservation, please let us know if you are arriving later than 6:00 pm so we can make arrangements for you. The remaining balance of your reservation is due at check-in. 

Late Check-Ins - Guests who require a late check-in will be notified via text with instructions on how to get checked in the morning of their reservation. Late check-ins will be charged on the check-in date to the card on file. If a guest with a late check-in wishes to use a different card to pay, they will need to notify our staff in advance.

Check-out - 11:00 am. There is a $35 fee for lost or unreturned room keys.

Children - Well-behaved children over 12 years are welcome. However, they must be accompanied by adults at all times when in the common areas of the inn. The inn was built in the mid-1800s, is furnished throughout with antiques, and is not safe or suitable for infants and young children. Guests arriving with children under 12 will not be permitted to check-in and no refunds will be given.

Pets - Sorry, we do not accept pets, this includes service animals. Guests arriving with pets will not be permitted to check-in and no refunds will be given. Violators will be charged a minimum $250 fine.

Breakfast - Breakfast is served daily in the parlor from 8:30am till 10am.

Smoking and Vaping - Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors in the designated area in our courtyard. Smoking or vaping indoors is not permitted. A $250 fee may apply.

Reservations - A 2-night minimum stay is required for booking any reservation. Minimum stay may increase during the busy season, weekends, holidays, and special seasonal festivals.

Mardi Gras, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Fest, Essence Festival, Voodoo Festival, Sugar Bowl, St. Patrick's Weekend are all special events that require an increased minimum stay.

Rates - Rates include extended continental breakfast and wireless internet. Our published rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax (14% plus $1.00 per night). Additional guests are $50 per night plus tax.

By making a reservation, guests agree to all the above policies.
